DreamRealizer

We take you through your project ...
A step-by-step process for your to realize your dream

Establish the project Scope and Budget

     · Based on a general understanding of your plans, we can quickly supply you with general parameters and
preliminary costs for your project. In order to do this, we need only basic information about general layout,
dimensions, general components and the types of materials you think you kitchen. We then start by
developing a written brief that helps us design your dream kitchen. If you are remodeling, we visit your
       home, taking photographs and measurements.
     · In this phase, we will also establish the timeline for both the design and production phases and will
coordinate with your contractor or other construction professionals on your job.
              - Note: Any design plans produced at this point remain the property of Lackey Woodworking.
These will be released to the client upon commitment for a Detailed Design. Lackey
Woodworking will absorb these costs in this case.
     · If you already have detailed plans, we can provide consultation and bids from those plans. As a full-service
Architectural Millwork firm, Lackey Woodworking can not only build cabinets, kitchens and mouldings but
furniture and complete interior systems to complete a personal residence or office building.

Create a detailed design

     · Our process begins with an assessment of your functional and aesthetic requirements. We move through
2-4 walk-through cycles of design and decision-making, depending upon your needs and schedule.

     · The real test of a sophisticated kitchen system is how well it integrates into your unique environment and
how well it fits your functional and aesthetic needs. In order to assure that your kitchen is successfully
realized, we are prepared to provide as much guidance and design support as you require.

If you are working with an architect or designer, we can work directly with them to complete the design of
your kitchen. If you do not have an architect or designer, we will work directly with you. We provide a full
range of services based on your individual requirements.

     · We then start to design your kitchen working closely with you through a series of design presentations.
On completion we will present you with definitive floor plans & elevations, design sketches & perspective
drawings in addition to a detailed costing document.

      · For more information, please feel free to contact us via phone or email.

Production
      · Production begins once you have approved a final set of design drawings. The production phase generally
takes 6-10 weeks. Some larger or more complex projects may take more time. At the end of this phase,
your cabinets are ready to deliver.
              - You will be working with a team of highly trained, world-class craftsmen and artists to build a
kitchen of unsurpassable quality. Working in cooperation with your building team, we can supply
furniture manufacture drawings as well as service drawings. We use only the finest materials and
production techniques in building our kitchens.
              -  As with the design step, our goal is to surpass all your expectations.

Delivery
      · Wherever your project is located – we deliver and install the entire project. Lackey Woodworking
installers are intimately involved in the production of your projects. In addition to installation, we handle
shipping, site planning and scheduling coordination with your general contractor's team.
